Thursday, February 11, 2021 - Searingly dry, so not for the faint hearted, but then again this is Sherry. What is nice about this bottle is there there is abundance of aromatic complexity with lots tobacco, almond, nutmeg, orange peel and toast. Very long finish. Not a Sherry fan, this is was nice, as long as you can handle the dryness.
