Monday, April 5, 2021 - Disgorged April 2019. This doesn't seem ready to me - herbal, citrusy, relatively sharp flavours of raw apple, a little short, stony and austere. Fine-boned but far from as attractive as the glass I had in a restaurant a few months ago.
