Tuesday, April 20, 2021 - Casual White Burgundy (Yang Ming Seafood): Balanced, round texture that came across as slightly creamy but still retained a good spine of acidity. Someone said this maker used to make wine that tasted like licking rocks, but guess they have benefitted from global warming with their plots higher up in the village.
