Tuesday, April 20, 2021 - Casual White Burgundy (Yang Ming Seafood): Out of all the wines tonight, this would be most archetypal Burg. Any Burg lover could call this blind without a shadow of a doubt. Similar to the Roulot, some citrus and green fruits but this had much better vibrancy and acidity. Impressive weight for a Bourgogne.
