Sunday, May 9, 2021 - The palate reveals apple, lemon oils, brioche and lightly oxidative flavors. Initially quite linear. Seemed a touch austere at first, but the wine unfurls with some air. High- acidity and a refined mousse. Comes off as fairly vinous. Quite good now and should improve with short term aging.
