Friday, June 24, 2016 - Disgorged May 2014, 3g/L. This was sensational and much more open than another recent bottle. Just a few tiny drops of wine convey such intensity of savory flavor. Not as compelling on day 2, but young Bereche wines often seem to close up overnight.
