2010 base, 2014 disgorgement. This was just lovely and in a perfect spot age wise. Bright energy, midweight red fruits, savory finish. Touch of oxidation at the end. Beautiful with seared bluefin tuna.

Disgorged May 2014, 3g/L. This was sensational and much more open than another recent bottle. Just a few tiny drops of wine convey such intensity of savory flavor. Not as compelling on day 2, but young Bereche wines often seem to close up overnight.

Like a fresh strawberry, with its acid and its bitterness. Creamy and chalky, perfect dosage giving the wine a long umami finish. Copper-toned, light, energetic, and joyful to drink.

Disgorged May 2014, enjoyed along side 2004 Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Rosé. Started a bit restrained and shy, this quickly evolved to a monster, in a good way. A massive nose that is just a kaleidoscope of various red fruits. The mousse is large and creamy and has a real wine underneath. Very rich yet bone dry with ridiculous acidity. Vinous, juicy and energetic - like drinking a superb Sangiovese without the tannins. Full of firm, chewy sour cherry fruit with incredible vitality; never have I come across a rosé Champagne with this level of drinkability. What a lovely way to spend 49 €.

Salmon orange color. Lovely apples and cherries with grapefruit freshness. Dry and very elegant. Almost light-bodied and very subtle on the palate. This wine deserves contemplation.

Tart red apple, brioche counter poised against black cherry and blood orange and a slightly bitter hue. Elegant, nuanced, yet persistent and eminently chuggable. Fresh active bead. Can't imagine it not improving with a bit of bottle age. Very, very nice. Dosage: 3-grams per liter.

Lovely rose, still young, but drinking well and will continue to improve; peach, strawberry, floral. A bit austere on the palate, but good with food.

2010. Deep mid pink, plenty of character on the nose, and quite vinous with it. Fresh and reasonably long. Lots of interest here. ***1/2

Very fine, but not as compelling as another recent bottle. I think these need time and won't open another for a few years.

Tasty, refreshing but fairly simple today and not showing anything approaching the complexity the '09 had at a similar age. Hold.

Good. A bit too dry for my taste. Not worth $220 off restaurant list.

Stunning. Will be truly exceptional 93+ with 5-10+ years of age.

Chocolate and roses and strawberries on the nose and palate. Brilliantly lean, just brilliant all around.
