Tuesday, May 25, 2021 - Ullage in neck. Cork was in great shape. Decanted. Not much sediment. This was enjoyable from the first pour and continued to evolve over 60 minutes. Moderate aromas of fresh red/dark fruits and spice. Similar flavors. Fresh, but lacking depth/complexity. Light-moderate complexity/finish. This should continue to hold for several more years.
