Friday, June 11, 2021 - A pronounced nose of maple and floral. I get the yeasty effervescence and the color is light peach. This is a mouthful of delicious champagne and the note below nailed it. I find that this is a delicate champagne and does not pair well with food so drink it by itself. If all champagne tastes like this, I would drink more
