Monday, June 28, 2021 - Tasted a glass shared by a friend.
Structured, varietally on-point Pinot Noir. This bottle wasn't shocky, though it is still a sum of its parts now: clean Pinot fruit and spice, with quality French oak. Well-balanced between ripe red fruit, acidity, tannins and elevage choices.
Could use a couple of years to knit together, though enjoyable in its primary state.
