Saturday, July 10, 2021 - Orlando CT & Friends Offline (Fishbones): Funny to see my note from a few years ago because I took a similar approach here and had a bit of it when first served, but saved the wine for the end of the dinner as well. And much as it did then this really evolved into quite a lovely wine. It's got fruit (which to be fair is my preferred style of Pinot) but there's a lovely elegance to it. Darker and a bit restrained with some time. Lovely and quite enjoyable.
