Thursday, September 2, 2021 - Graham's 2010 Barolo dinner (Portland): High-density, ultra-low yield Barbera bush vines, producing an extremely concentrated wine that's bottled only in magnums. An obvious choice to have as the fourteenth wine of the evening, right? Dense, plush, luxurious, with expensive wood treatment. Felt a bit too well-made, though I'm sure it would have been spot-on at the start of the night with a burger.
