Friday, January 9, 2009 - Uncorked DK does Northern Rhône - Guigal, Chave, Chapoutier and more (Premisse, Copenhagen): Dark yellow. Sweet and exotic nose, almost Sauternes like with apricot and peach, but also tea and herbal notes. Very fat, but also with a certain lightness and a proper level of acid. Good aftertaste with plenty of licorice.
