Wednesday, September 22, 2021 - Kept for about 2 years, was a re-gift and suspect this was about 4 years old.

Raisinated on the nose, bright peach, hint of stewed apples and overripe apricot. Fine yeasty characteristics, shying away from being bready. Very good showing!
