  Pale & light yellow in color with a very fine & constant perlage. Full, forward & attractive nose of ripe fruit aromas of apples, pears & lemons/limes with overtones of floral & yeasty/toasty notes, minerals & a hint of roasted hazelnuts. Light bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, zesty, ripe fruit flavors of apples & lemons/limes with yeasty/toasty & minerals. Lingering dry finish. Drinks quite well at present & may continue development with further aging if cellared properly.

  Drank this last two and half years ago. Same tastings notes except it showed much more lees and toast. $46
