Tasted blind. Popped and poured, drunk over three days. Clear, pale golden color. Clean, medium intense, youthful nose. Easily identifiable as a Mosel Riesling with its sweet ripe fruit, the mix of noticeable Sulphur and slate. Extremely young and not fully developed.
“Mosel dry”, noticeable residual sugar. High, racy acidity, 12% abv. Exotic fruit, guava, apricot, very mineral. Elegant, good tension. Lacks a bit of depth and body. Long, elegant, fruity finish. Not even close to its full peak, needs probably 3-5+ years. 91-92+
