Popped and poured, drunk over three days. Clear, deep golden color. Clean, pronounced nose with some petrol, slate, honey, vanilla, tangerine, peach, lemon, herbs. Very complex and beautiful.
On the palate a wonderful harmony and balance. Sweetness and racy, ripe acidity are perfectly in sync. 7% abv. Wonderful fine ripe fruit, tangerine, herbs mixed with slate notes. Juicy and delicious. Very long and lingering. Beautiful balance and harmony. Peak, but will stay there at least for another decade. 94-95
