Asperg Wine Syndrome Tasting Group: First tasting in 2021 (@home): Glass: Zalto Universal Popped and poured, drunk over three days. Clear, deep golden color. Clean, pronounced nose with some petrol, slate, honey, vanilla, tangerine, peach, lemon, herbs. Very complex and beautiful. On the palate a wonderful harmony and balance. Sweetness and racy, ripe acidity are perfectly in sync. 7% abv. Wonderful fine ripe fruit, tangerine, herbs mixed with slate notes. Juicy and delicious. Very long and lingering. Beautiful balance and harmony. Peak, but will stay there at least for another decade. 94-95

Riesling and ripe Bordeaux (Restaurant Brunnenstube, Beinstein): Clear, pale golden color. Clean, pronounced nose with some petrol, slate, honey, vanilla, tangerine, peach, lemon, herbs. Very complex and beautiful. On the palate a wonderful harmony and balance. Sweetness and acidity are perfectly in sync. Wonderful fine ripe fruit, tangerine, herbs mixed with slate notes. Asperg Wine Syndrome Tasting Group: Blind tasting without a plan (@Private location): And again: not much more to add to m_arcon wonderful notes. This wine is complete harmony and balance. It is not as expressive or loud as some other great Mosel Auslese, but its beauty is this perfect harmony. I could easily drink the whole bottle within an hour. Great wine and I am looking forward to taste it at least two more times in the future :) 95-96
