Friday, October 1, 2021 - Fabulous (Grenache-based) nose, and fairly light on its feet considering the 15.5 degrees. Definitely a long finish, although a tad short at the end. We have one more bottle in the cellar (and fortunately many more of the same vintage Chaupin) and I’m thinking we should drink this relatively soon.
