Friday, October 22, 2021 - Dark brooding and intense. Popped and poured so I poured a glass and gave the rest a shake. Opened up a bit and showed great promise, but needed much, much more air.
Tasty though, so it was gone too soon. Will buy a replacement and decant it next time.
