Saturday, November 13, 2021 - 20 years old and still showing it's glory! Leather, wood, dried cherry and red fruits, balsamic flavor, acidity still alive with soft, nearly velvet-like tannins. Having it with overn-roasted lamb in herbs in a little bit. Excited!
