Thursday, November 18, 2021 - PnP two days after delivery. Bright fresh Pinot, raspberry and red fruits, nice acid and light floral bouquet. Still very primary at this stage but nevertheless highly enjoyable, goes down way too easy. Day two drank much the same, did not either evolve or fade. Even if this never matures into something more complex this is a great cellar defender and a high QPR.
