Wednesday, February 9, 2022 - WTDS at Tilia (Tilia, Mpls): Light gold color. Drank a glass over 2 hours. The nose shows plenty of wood spices up front, stone, lemon, lemon blossom, and white grapefruit. The palate shines with toasted oak barrels, lemon, a touch of lemon oil, full bodied yet very crisp, dried apples, some earth, grapfruit, and later a richer tart Tatin note on the back end. Lovely. 93+ to 94pts.
