Tuesday, March 22, 2022 - Costco lobster ravioli with brown butter sage sauce and parmesan
No decant. Just some in glass swirling
Worked well. Acidity, mouthful were nice. The heaviness of the wine complemented the buttery richness
Would a buttery chardonnay have been better? Maybe ..but this pairing was mighty fine

Day 2: Peruvian roast chicken and papas a la huancainas.....worked very well
