Friday, April 1, 2022 - Restrained, well put-together wine, with an interesting combination of ripe aromas and flavours and very brisk acidity. Sassafras, a touch of mango and tropical flowers, quite saline, not particularly effervescent. Very serious, almost Calvinist. Think I respect rather than love Lassaigne's wines.
