Tuesday, July 12, 2022 - PnP, consumed over 3 hours. Appearance: Clear, deep ruby. Nose: Clean, medium intensity with aromas of black raspberry, black olive, and dark earth with hints of violet. Palate: Dry, medium+ acid and tannin, medium- intensity, 14.0% abv, medium+ body with flavors of black cherry and black raspberry with a strong mineral driven backbone and a medium length finish. Still feels youthful, though I don't see the stuffing here to be a long term ager - drink now or over next 3 years.
