Saturday, October 12, 2019 - Some Hofgut Falkenstein at Red&White (Red&White Wines, Chicago IL): The nose is poised and aromatic with refined tones of green apples, apricots, nectarines, peaches, ginger, white flowers, saline, and some match stick notes. There is excellent complexity and balance with a real deliciousness. The Light bodied feel is deft and silky with racy, high acidity. The acidity has a lot of cut and provides a real lovely spine. This is clearly a newborn and there is plenty of room for development in the coming years.
