Thursday, May 5, 2016 - Dinner at Jade Palace. Deep browning, very mature in appearance. Dried roses, raisins, barnyard, old leather and tea leaf on the nose. Decent structure on the palate, with apricot, prunes, plums, soy meats, leather and mushrooms. A good effort for a 20 plus year old village, but probably would have been better 5 years ago.
