Sunday, March 18, 2012 - Nose: Flower and minerality. Taste: Barely a hint of sweetness (id still call it dry, but its right on the border). Better intensity of flavor than in my previous note, more of a finish as well (almost, maybe ginger? turnip?) very root like flavor. considerably better than my previous note.
