Monday, August 10, 2015 - Big nose of peaches, pollen, florals, minerals. This isn't subtle - quite a bruiser. The palate is even bigger, and a bit rougher - peach, broth, salty, brown, bitter. Shows some heat. Finish is brown, salty, minerals and acid. Nose - 4.5/6, Palate - 4/6, Finish - 4/6, Je ne Sais Quoi - 0.5/2 = 13/20
