Thursday, November 22, 2012 - Muted nose: some lemon with a fair amount of sweet oak and some heat as well. Much more showy on the palate: lemon and butterscotch, very spicy. Lots of oak in the finish. Good, but not great - too much oak for me. Nose - 3.5/6, Palate - 5/6, Finish - 4/6, Je Ne Sais Quoi - 1/2 = 13.5/20.
