The flavor is equally delicious with hints of blackberry, currant, blueberry, figs and licorice. Young yet mature, with clear, well-balanced tannins. Towards the end raises a sweetness that will surprise you.
We served it with beef fillet, warm potato salad with olives and feta cheese and gazpacho.
