Tuesday, December 14, 2021 - Coravin fun - Lascombes & Belgrave (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. Blackcurrant, black cherry, earth, cedar, sweet spice, slight alcohol prickle on the nose, some polished oak as well. On the palate it's juicy and savoury, the fruit present but in the background, tannins are drying on the gums, a little plum, black cherry and blackcurrant joined by some creamy notes. Still primary, time required.
