Saturday, April 13, 2019 - Pizza Experiment Night (Rocknroller's (Kevin & Vicki's Place)): Light gold color. Drank a glass over 20 minutes. I was reading my previous notes on this wine and I realized I wrote down about the exact same thing. I really like this Champagne, very graceful, yeast, pear, green apple, dough, medium bodied. Love that kind of finessed style. Also has a cool looking bottle and label for what that's worth. My last bottle, a definite must reload.
