Wednesday, November 14, 2012 - Popped and poured, consumed over 3 hours. Nose: Medium expressiveness, dark red fruit - pomegranate and raspberry integrated with Asian spice and dark flowers - very much dominated by the grenache. Palate: Medium bodied with tangy red fruit attack which is joined by an acidic kick mid-palate where the fruit fades but the spice intensifies. Finish: Medium plus length dominated by spice and tart dark red fruit.
