Saturday, December 8, 2012 - Popped and poured. Pretty nose with raspberry, leather, anise, pepper, and great florals. On the palate, tart raspberry, anise, leather, white pepper. Finishes with a laser beam of acidity. Probably needs a while longer to round out. Great food wine.
