Friday, January 7, 2022 - Burgundy lunch at San Shu Gong: The most Chambolle of Chambolles. Bricking in colour, it had a lovely floral bouquet and the palate had the light touch and high-toned fruit of Bertheau. The acid of 2008 was present but wasn't too distracting because of the elegance of the wine.
