Wednesday, June 11, 2014 - Wine with Modern Chinese Menu (NEXT Restaurant - Chicago IL): Intense concentration throughout. Lots of orchard fruit with hints of emerging petrol aromas. Very long with lots of vibrant energy and unfolding nuance. Kept improving with more time in glass. The 2004 in the next glass was better today, but i think this will be a better wine long-term.
