Sunday, January 10, 2021 - The orange tinted deep gold color led me to believe this bottle was oxidized. It was. Drinkable though and there is some interesting quince and bitter caramel notes. Unfortunately the flavors are flattened and muted even though the acidity is sound. Premox for an almost immortal Hune.
