Friday, June 24, 2016 - Classic, unmistakably Chablis. Green apple, honeysuckle - but also a butteriness, chalkiness. This is a really great Chablis! Lovely serious , seriously lovely. You can drink this today, but it will certainly age well and should reward further bottle age. Better then the great 2010 Fevre 1er cru Montee de Tonnerre and miles better then the 2010 Fevre Grand Cru Bougros.
