Friday, December 25, 2020 - Main wine with the beef stroganoff for our Christmas dinner. Nice CdP, but rather simple, not very complex. Aroma’s of black cherries, figs and dried plums, bit of garrigue herbs. The palet was more interesting with cherries, red fruit notes (raspberries), koffie, chocolate and blackberries.
