Monday, March 6, 2023 - A private dinner with friends (Restaurant Bar du Champagne, Amsterdam, NL): Much rarer than the Initial, only 300 cases annually. Disgorged 2021. Deep and vinous, honeyed, rich and weighty but elegant and fresh, white nuts, floral lift, very good resonance and length.
