Saturday, June 17, 2023 - Burgundy trip 2023; 6/14/2023-6/18/2023: Grapes from the years ‘15, ‘16 & ‘17. Degorgement March 2022. 3600 bottles made.

Intensity medium. Deep golden. Yellow flowers, bruised yellow apple, orange peel, dried orange, pure honey, brioche, beewax, almond. Acidity medium. Long finish. Quite delicate and elegant, easily overshadowed by food. The finish resembled somewhat the specifics that decades old Rieslings can also have.
