Thursday, July 13, 2023 - 40th Birthday celebration for I (Sushi Yuki): Pnp. Disgorged May 2016. Golden orange with pink tint. Drinking beautifully now, hard to guess it was BdB with the colour and structure. Rounded aroma, red apple, strawberry, precise on the palate round and elegant. Acid mostly resolved and integrating very well. Superbly balanced.
