Monday, August 3, 2015 - Des vins de rêve en blanc (Aux Délices de Fred): Un champagne austère, très sec et minéral, c'est droit et vineux, de bonne longueur. C'est ample et complexe. Excellent dans un style presque sévère, intellectuel. Beaucoup de vin. 92-93 pts
