Monday, September 14, 2015 - I love the extra bit of dryness on the champagne. It gives it a biting acidity that I actually think goes against the natural oxidative style of Selosse. Full of bright apple fruit and minerality, focused but still plush with flavor. Really nice.

    9/15/2015 6:52:00 AM - Really depends on the disgorgement date. I think if 2010 or before, wouldn't hurt to try one. But I've really liked the initiale's I've had from the 02/03 disgorge so maybe patience will reward you. Wish I had a better answer :(
