Tuesday, December 15, 2015 - Leiden spontaneous midweek evening: Rich nose with yeast, mature tones, honey. Taste the same as nose, good body and tension, nice acidity level. At first a bit nervous and unbalanced, after some time in glass it smoothens out into a lovely drinking champagne.
