Saturday, July 2, 2016 - Ten Days in Burgundy, Champagne, and Paris; 6/24/2016-7/6/2016: Lovely nose of ripe apricot, honey, and quite bready. Caramel and coffee tones too. Persistent and consistent effervescence. Very rich and showing awesome development in addition to the usual oxidative house style. Ordered off of a list and was pleasantly surprised and fortunate to see the 2010 disgorgement on the back label.
