Saturday, December 31, 2016 - Nyårsmiddag hos A+N (A+N, Duvbo): (Disgorged in April 2012, approximately 3-4 years of extra cellaring)
Yellow colour with very fine and tiny bubbles. Nose shows incipient maturity with dried fruits, minerals and a slight oxidative note. Palate is still very fresh with acidity and a distinct fruitiness and a very long finish showing lots of oak and tannins. This cuvée and disgorgement was drinking very well already, but also showing lots of potential left. (But there was some bottle variation between tonight's two bottles...) Best 2017-2027. 93p.
