Tuesday, October 8, 2019 - Minimal effervescence and only a rather faint bready nose. All present on the palate, however - marmalade, tang, line and length. Full of energy, oxidative and mouthfilling. Not a wine for thoughtless quaffing (this is not entirely a good thing!).
